Not stroller friendly inside it gets super crowded and there are some stairs. Outside is stroller friendly unless you go in the turtle or manatee building. They have stairs only going down to the bottom floor observatory room.

Turtle, manatee, and dolphin area are all free. There is daily dolphin shows as well.

In front of the aquarium there’s a decent sized playground. Looked to be lots of climbing nets.

Free Between 8-11am and 5:30-close (last admission 15 mins before for both) you can tour above the huge center tank that houses the whales. (Times could change depending on the season)

Free Dolphin show times: 1100 1:00 2:30 4:30 5:30

(5:30 show time only from April to September)

Show is about 20 mins long and only in Japanese.

Free Diver show with dolphin Times: 11:50 1:50 3:30

Show is about 15 mins long and only in Japanese.

Been twice so far and would go back again. Good for a rainy day activity.

Looking at the entrance of the aquarium.

They have a little photo op area here that over looks the water. It's normally extremely crowded right here unless you get there early.

The first area you come to is a little pool area where you can touch the star fish.

The whale sharks. We happened to be there around feeding time.

They have actual sharks there as well.

The "diver show" with the dolphins.

The actual dolphin show.

About Me

My husband and I are currently stationed in Okinawa Japan and love traveling and exploring new places. Pet parents to a fat cat named Felix and a crazy boxer named Hades. We're currently expecting our first daughter, Mia, who we can't wait to show the world to.

I love writing and taking way too many photos so I figured I would give this whole blog thing a shot. My goal is to back track everything we've done and seen here in Okinawa and our trip to Tokyo and then all our future trips as well. This is all new to me so bare with me while we get started with this whole experience.

I would love to pass on all of our information of places we've explored, restaurants and cafes we've eaten at, and events we've attended all in one easy to navigate place!
