We went in November 2017. Only did the underwater observatory portion bc the water looked super choppy. Worth the experience! Got to see several types of fish. There are lots of stairs spiraling down and then back up so definitely not stroller friendly. There’s a little machine to buy fish food by the entrance to feed the fish off the bridge so bring yen change.
The walk way to the observatory.
The stairs spiral like this the whole way down and back up.
Pretty clear view out of most of the windows!
Some windows had little cages over them like this one. I think they catch certain types of fish so you for sure get to see something.
The fish food to feed the fish over the edge of the bridge walkway.
